WorkPro ("we," "us") operates this site. It runs on WorkPro, a software platform built and operated by Armando Ferro that independent businesses use to power their own site and back-office tools. WorkPro provides the technology; WorkPro is the business you're dealing with here.

Information we collect

We collect only what's needed to quote and manage work, show reviews, and keep the site working.

• Estimate or quote requests: name, phone, email, job address, type of work, notes, travel distance, and any photos or measurements you send through an estimate or measurement form.
• Reviews on this site: name, rating, comment, optional email or phone, optional job type, and optional photos. Email and phone stay private and are not shown on the public review.
• Review invitations we send: the name and contact details a staff member enters so we can send a private review link.
• Site analytics: page path, click labels, and referrer. We do not use this to identify you by name.
• Language preference: a locale cookie so the site stays in English or Spanish.
• Staff accounts: name, email, password hash, optional phone and profile photo, and optional passkeys. This is for authorized staff only.
