These terms govern use of this site, requesting an estimate, leaving a review, and paying an invoice here. This site runs on WorkPro, a software platform independent businesses use to run their own operations. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
The site and the business behind it
This site is operated by WorkPro using WorkPro, a software platform that provides the website, client management, estimate, invoice, and payment tools. WorkPro is a technology provider — the services described or offered on this site are provided by WorkPro, not by WorkPro.
The website is a way to see the business's work, request an estimate, and leave a review. It is not a bid, a contract, or a guarantee of schedule or price until WorkPro confirms the job in writing or by a signed agreement.
Estimates are not contracts
An estimate request, a travel quote, or a measurement preview is a request for information. Photos, dimensions, and automated previews are approximate. Site conditions can change the scope.
WorkPro may call or email to clarify the work, decline a job, or ask for a site visit before pricing it. A price, start date, or travel plan is binding only when confirmed with you directly.
Submitting an estimate request does not reserve a date. Materials, permits, and other trades — when they apply — are handled as discussed for the job.
Your responsibilities
When you send a request or a review, you agree that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share photos of the space. You will not upload illegal, harassing, or infringing content, or photos of people who have not agreed to be shown.
